How do I get the 4 control buttons to appear at upper right of browser? My default buttons are still there. Basic question. Can't find answer in instructions or in YouTube video. Can't get started. Thanks for help.

Hello,
from Firefox's add-ons panel (Tools→Add-ons→Extensions→Automatik Text Reader) open "preferences". Then click on "User interface Style: extended".

Which version of Firefox will this work with? I have extended selected, but still do not have the 4 control buttons.

ATR is intended to function properly on all versions of Firefox from 28.0 to 48.0. If those extended controls don't appear, there's a possibility they are visually hidden from the toolbar (omnibutton→customize) or another add-on is responsible for hiding buttons from the toolbar.
